British-Nigerian actor Damson Idris has launched his own fine jewelry brand, DIDRIS. The brand pays homage to his mother, Silifat Idris, embodying themes of connection, strength, and artistry. DIDRIS collaborated with artisans in countries like Namibia, South Africa and Botswana, combining traditional techniques with innovative artistry to create meticulously crafted pieces using ethically sourced materials.

In November 2023, he was unveiled as the latest menswear brand ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger, showcasing the brand’s newest collections at the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. Idris expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting a strong connection with Tommy Hilfiger and a shared vision for style. 

Idris’s foray into fashion is further exemplified by his appearance at the 2024 Met Gala, where he donned a Prada suit complemented by a Bulgari flower lapel pin, adhering to the event’s “The Garden of Time” theme.
