SKIMS IS OFFICIALLY COMING TO NEW YORK CITY

Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS is set to mark another major milestone with the opening of its flagship store in New York City on December 15, 2024. Located on Fifth Avenue, this will be the second permanent SKIMS location, following the highly anticipated launch of its Los Angeles store earlier this year. The New York City store is part of SKIMS’ broader strategy to establish a physical retail presence globally, reflecting its rise as a dominant force in the fashion industry.

The flagship store promises to immerse customers in the SKIMS experience, offering its signature shapewear, lingerie, loungewear, and an expanding product range, including menswear and even pet wear. The store’s interior, designed in neutral tones and minimalistic aesthetics, mirrors the brand’s identity of sleek functionality and inclusivity.

SKIMS, which began as a direct-to-consumer online brand in 2019, has grown exponentially, surpassing $4 billion in valuation. Jens Grede, SKIMS’ co-founder and CEO, envisions the brand’s stores becoming as ubiquitous as Apple or Nike outlets, marking a new chapter in its journey.
