SHOKUNBI HALIMOTU AND CATIYAHHH REIMAGINE HOME STUDIO SETUP

Nigerian creatives Shokunbi Halimotu and Catiyahhh have shown how far a bit of imagination and a painted wall can go.

In their latest collaboration, the duo transformed a simple space into a self-built photo studio, using only clothes from their closet and some creative lighting.

The set and styling were handled by Catiyahhh, while Halimotu took charge of shooting and color grading the portraits. The final images, moody and intimate, show how resourceful creators can be without big production budgets.

In the caption of her post , Halimotu asks viewers for feedback on her recent experiments with color and retouching, saying she’s been exploring those areas more deeply.

With nothing but a wall, a camera, and a shared vision, these two artists remind us that creativity often thrives best in DIY spaces.
