Beyond collaborations, Ruger’s solo releases in 2024, including singles such as “Make Way,” “Luv Again” and “Toma Toma” featuring Tiwa Savage, showcased his artistic genius and ability to explore an impressive variety of sounds. They also hinted at the sonic direction of Blown Boy Ru, certainly one or more of these songs will feature on the album.

Ruger is actively gearing up for this new album and he in fact recently teased a snippet for a track, “BDSM,” which is expected to be a lead single off the album.
