NATIVELAND 2024: A CELEBRATION OF GLOBAL AND LOCAL SOUNDS

For nearly a decade, NATIVELAND has stood as a cultural melting pot, merging global music with Nigeria’s thriving creative scene. Organized by The NATIVE, a pioneering platform amplifying African youth culture, the annual event has become a key fixture in Lagos’ entertainment calendar. More than a festival, NATIVELAND represents a movement–one that celebrates artistry, innovation, and a genre-defying blend of sounds. Set to take over Sol Beach, Lagos on December 21st, 2024, NATIVELAND 2024 promises to be its most electrifying edition yet. With a lineup stacked with local and international heavyweights, the stage is primed for unforgettable performances, showcasing Lagos once again, as the epicentre of music, culture, and community.

This year’s lineup brings an impressive mix of global superstars, Nigerian powerhouses, and fast-rising acts. Headlining the show is Central Cee, the UK rap phenomenon whose hits like Sprinter and Doja have dominated global airwaves. Joining him is Nigeria’s current rap juggernaut, Odumodublvck, who will deliver his high-octane energy and street-hardened anthems. Other acts include R&B sensation Odeal, soulful crooner Len, and rising star Fimiguerrero, alongside genre-bending veterans Odunsi the Engine and Cruel Santino, pioneers of Nigeria’s alté movement. The bill runs deep with names like Bloody Civilian, Zerrydl, Qing Madi, Fave, and Thisizlondon, as well as electrifying performers such as Llona, Deto Black, Kold AF, Deela, Brazy and Aniko. To keep the crowd in perpetual motion, DJ Tunez and Native Sound System will also take to the decks, ensuring a flawless mix of sounds throughout the night.

Since its inception, NATIVELAND has grown into a symbol of Afro-cool, seamlessly blending music, fashion, and art to create experiences that resonate far beyond the shores of Lagos. From hosting global icons like Skepta and J Hus to spotlighting homegrown talents, NATIVELAND has consistently bridged continents and cultures, proving its impact year after year. For Lagosians and festival-goers alike, it’s more than a concert, it’s a cultural homecoming. With NATIVELAND 2024, attendees can expect a perfect mix of nostalgia, fresh discoveries, and moments that define the intersection of global and local artistry.

The question remains: Who are you pulling up for?
