MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon are set to elevate their collaborative efforts with the debut of their first-ever ready-to-wear collection, launching on November 7. Following the success of their joint XT-Mary J earlier this month, this new capsule promises to merge high fashion with innovative functionality.
The collection features a sleek colour palette of nude, black, and white, divided into two distinct lines: GORE-TEX and Seamless. The GORE-TEX range includes a variety of outerwear staples such as trench coats, straight-leg five-pocket pants, zippered windbreakers, and oversized button-down shirts, all crafted from high-performance fabric. Meanwhile, the Seamless line showcases stretch seamless technology leggings and long-sleeved crewneck tops designed for ultimate comfort and mobility.
Footwear offerings include updated versions of the Salomon ACS PRO 2 MM6 Maison Margiela in stylish concrete grey and rubberized matte black.
Additionally, the popular Cross Low MM6 Maison Margiela reimagines the Salomon Speedcross trail shoe with a lower silhouette and distinctive lug sole, available in vibrant colourways like “Bubble Gum Pink/Bright Red” and “Almond/Army Green.”
This model features a drawstring gaiter-style closure, reminiscent of extreme sports parkas and vintage waterproof footwear.
Completing the all-gender lineup is a reimagined daypack by MM6 Maison Margiela, featuring multiple pockets in both classic black and natural mastic tones.
With this launch, the collaboration between MM6 Maison Margiela and Salomon is set to make a significant statement in the fashion industry, blending minimalist design with practical utility.
