J Hus, the British rapper celebrated for his innovative fusion of Afroswing, dancehall, hip-hop and grime, has had a pretty chill 2024 with no music from him since his critically acclaimed third studio album, Beautiful and Brutal Yard, was released in July last year. On the album, he showcased his versatility and featured collaborations with artists like Drake, Jorja Smith, and Burna Boy. 

Since then, he went on a hiatus, releasing no new music for well over twelve months. But that is about to change. Hopefully?

Recently, J Hus teased a new track on his social media page and already, the brief snippet is creating quite the buzz, circulating on social media platforms and generating multiple comments from fans and observers alike. 

The teaser showcases a proper grime drill, indicating that we’re going to be getting some prime J Hus vibes. While an official release date hasn’t been announced, the snippet has heightened anticipation for J Hus’s next musical offering. It could be this year or in 2025, certainly we’ll find out soon enough.
