Renowned British-Nigerian photographer and filmmaker Gabriel Moses is set to unveil his most extensive solo exhibition to date, titled “SELAH.” The exhibition will be held at 180 Studios in London, the same venue that hosted his debut exhibition, “Regina,” in 2023. “SELAH” will feature a comprehensive collection of Moses’ work, showcasing his unique visual storytelling that intersects art, culture, and fashion. The exhibition starts 28th March, 2025 through to 27th July, 2025
Moses’ career began at the age of eighteen when he directed his first project for Nike. Since then, he has collaborated with high-profile brands and artists, including Adidas, Dior, Moncler, Supreme, Apple, Burberry, the late Virgil Abloh, and Pharrell. His work has been featured in prominent publications such as Harper’s Bazaar, The Face, i-D, 032c, and The New York Times. In 2024, Moses held a solo exhibition titled “Marsha” at Anthony Gallery in Chicago, which paid homage to the matriarchs in his life and celebrated femininity in all its forms.

In addition to his exhibitions, Moses has made significant contributions to the art world. In November 2024, he was announced as the designer of the 2025 BRIT Awards trophy. Drawing inspiration from his Nigerian heritage and childhood, Moses incorporated elements reminiscent of his photographic work, blending historical and modern influences to craft a unique and meaningful piece. Reflecting on the honor, Moses expressed his desire to celebrate both his South London upbringing and Nigerian heritage through the design.
“SELAH” is expected to further explore themes central to Moses’ work, such as identity, community, and the intersections of art, family, and culture. The exhibition aims to provide an immersive experience that reflects Moses’ distinctive aesthetic and storytelling approach. As anticipation builds, “SELAH” is poised to be a significant cultural event, offering audiences an intimate look into the evolving narrative of Gabriel Moses’ artistic journey.
