BURBERRY UNVEILS REGAL “GRAND ESCAPE” FW25 CAMPAIGN AT WOLTERTON HALL

Burberry has debuted its Winter 2025 campaign, “A Grand Escape,” captured in the Palladian elegance of Wolterton Hall, Norfolk. The imagery, shot by photographer Sam Rock, melds classic architecture and textile craft with a cinematic mood. British actors Rupert Everett and Luther Ford, known for his turn as Prince Harry in The Crown, lead the cast, joined by model and artist Jeny Howorth.

Creative director Daniel Lee said, “We wanted to bring the collection to life and tell the story behind all those incredible textiles,” and the campaign reflects that intention with layered visuals, velvet suits echoing tapestries, equestrian-inspired leathers, and heritage tailoring reimagined for winter elegance. The imagery calls to mind a lived-in country weekend: models lounging on marble stairs or even bouncing on beds once used by Admiral Nelson.

The wardrobe brings texture forward with quilted florals, embossed cropped leathers, the new structured Ellingham car coat, and richly woven tartans and tapestry prints. Accessories follow suit, with plush slippers, rugged boots, and the new Bridle bag, its design pulling from saddle aesthetics, reins, and bridles, for a fully immersive narrative rooted in British craftsmanship.
