ADIDAS ORIGINALS PRESENTS “THIS IS SUPERSTAR”: A LIVING LEGEND REIMAGINED

Adidas Originals is giving one of its most iconic sneakers, the Superstar, a cultural reboot with an immersive event in London. Dubbed “THIS IS SUPERSTAR,” the experience unfolds over three days, from August 29 to 31, at 180 Studios in Temple. Unlike traditional product launches, it transforms space into a vibrant tribute to fashion, skate, and music, the pillars that made the Superstar a symbol of global attitude.

This takeover honors the sneaker’s legacy through curated community rooms, interactive installations, and sensory storytelling. Beyond seeing the shoe, visitors can step inside the scenes and emotions that cemented its iconic status, an invitation to relive and reimagine its cultural journey. The campaign also spotlights a star-studded line-up: Stormzy, Olivia Dean, Shygirl, Barry Keoghan, Jude Bellingham, Jade Thirwall and Florian Wirtz, who headline a UK showcase of the Superstar’s ever-evolving identity.

Evening programming elevates the activation: expect a Friday night set from NTS Radio, a Saturday showcase from Rinse FM featuring Ghetts, and a closing block party hosted by ASOS with Confidence Man on Sunday. Whether you’re into skate demos, fashion activations, or live music, the event is open to all, embedded with energy, nostalgia, and future spirit.
