Eminem Unveils Heartfelt “Temporary” Music Video

Eminem has used his latest music video to share some exciting and personal news where he reveals he’ll soon become a Grandfather.

In the visuals for the track “Temporary,” off The Death of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce) album and featuring Skylar Grey, the rapper reveals that his daughter, Hailie Jade, is expecting her first child, meaning Eminem is about to become a grandfather.

Opening the emotional track, Eminem reflects on his fears: “People often ask if I’m scared of death. Honestly, what scares me more is not being able to say everything I want to say to you when I’m gone. This song is for Hailie, for that day when I’m not here anymore.”

The video starts with a series of old photos of Hailie and transitions into home videos from her childhood. More recent clips are also included, with heartwarming footage of Hailie and Eminem from her wedding earlier this year in May.

As the video nears its end, Hailie gifts her dad a Detroit Lions jersey with “Grandpa” printed on the back, along with a touching moment when she shows him a picture of her ultrasound.
